Seasoned roasted potatoes I can eat potatoes everyday if I could. Potatoes are so rich and filling. Roasting potatoes bring such a nice texture and taste to them .. not to mention they are much healthier this way, follow along with the photos to make these lovely babies ..enjoy

Seasoned roasted potatoes Seasoned roasted potatoes Seasoned roasted potatoes Seasoned roasted potatoes Seasoned roasted potatoes Seasoned roasted potatoes Seasoned roasted potatoes Seasoned roasted potatoes Seasoned roasted potatoes Seasoned roasted potatoesIngredients: 1/4 cup butter – 1 tablespoon garlic powder (you can substitute the herbs for Italian seasonings as well) – 1 tablespoon onion powder – 1 tablespoon dried basil – 1 tablespoon dried parsley – 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes – 1/2 teaspoon salt/pepper – 4 medium-large potatoes, cubed

Directions: Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cut the potatoes in half or quarters. Combine all the herbs in a large bowl. Toss in potatoes until evenly coated. Smear the butter on top of the potatoes. Wrap the potatoes in foil. Place potatoes in a oven proof glass roasting or baking pan. Roast in oven until potatoes are brown on all sides for about 45 mins to 1 hour
