Baby spinach-mushroom salad “Eating a salad a day will keep the doctor away, really”? Eating salads really is a great way to add extra nutrition to your diet. You can combine just about anything to salads. Mixing the right vegetables and oils to create great taste without adding unnecessary calories

Ingredients: 1 cup baby spinach – 1 cup fresh mushrooms – 1/4 cup white onion -1/2 cup parsley – salt, pepper, olive oil and balsamic vinegar to taste ..enjoy
