No knead whole wheat ciabatta No knead whole wheat ciabatta Ingredients: 2 cups luke warm water – 1/4 tsp dry active yeast – 2 cups organic wheat flour – 2 cups all-purpose flour – 1 tbs fine salt – 1 tbsp honey – 1/4 cup EVOO

Directions: Preheat oven 450 F. Add all the ingredients together. Stir the mixture until mixed well, the consistency should be sticky. Let rise for about 4 hours or until doubled in size. Pour on baking sheet. Bake at 450 F for 30 minutes
