For the Crust: 1 3/4 to 2 cups all-purpose flour – 1 envelope Fleischmann’s yeast – 1 1/2 teaspoons sugar – 1 teaspoon salt – 2/3 cup warm water – 3 Tablespoons olive oil
For the toppings: bag of baby arugula – 1 cup tomato sauce, plain – 1 clove garlic, grated, 1 cup pepperoni (turkey or regular) – 1 1/2 to 2 cups shredded cheese
Bake on 450 F for about 10-15 mins; then top with fresh arugula
