Flat bread biscuits Flat bread biscuits Flat bread biscuits Flat bread biscuits Ingredients: 300g flour – 1 Tsp Sugar – 1 Tsp Salt – 4 Tbsp yoghurt – 2 Tbsp Melted Ghee – (butter) 100 ml milk – 100 ml warm water

Instructions: Sift the flour, sugar into a bowl and add the sugar. Mix in the the yoghurt and ghee and then mix together the milk and the water and add to the bowl, form together to make a soft dough and then knead on a lightly floured surface for 3 minutes until smooth. Cook in the oven 450 F for 10 minutes
