Meditation involves sitting in a relaxed position and clearing your mind. You may focus on nature, a special place in your mind, or simply controlling your breathing. Animal print is definitely one of my favorite prints to wear. Most people find wearing animal print difficult to wear simply because it can be complicated to coordinate.
